By accessing and using Millimo's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Millimo provides AI-powered tools and services including:

• PersonaAI: Conversational AI with emotional intelligence
• Millimo One (M1): Business management system
• Millimo Zero: Foundational AI intelligence layer

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Use our services for competitive analysis

For paid services:

• Fees are charged in advance on a subscription basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

• Surviving provisions will remain in effect
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notifications. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
